an original file. It keeps all the layout, text and images intact.
A PDF file can be viewed and printed on a variety of computers,
using free reader software known originally as Acrobat Reader, but
now known as the Adobe Reader, and it will look and print exactly
the same on each of them.

the data directly into the form and send it
to us for processing.
